Wade's journey into the water heater business began at Payless Water Heaters, where he honed his skills and learned the ins and outs of water heater installation, repair, and service.
But Wade had always dreamed of running his own business—one where he could maintain direct relationships with customers and ensure every job met his exacting standards.

A longtime off-roading and drag racing enthusiast, Wade has served as crew chief for Maggio Motorsports and worked with some of the biggest names in NHRA drag racing, including the Cruz Pedregon team, Clay Millican, and Brittany Force. That same dedication to precision, performance, and reliability that's required in professional racing—where a fraction of a second matters and there's no room for error—is what he brings to every water heater job.
